1. Mold making
(1). Clay sculpture/foam sculpture: Carve according to the drawings provided by first party, and the first party shall confirm whether the sculpture needs to be modified until it is completed. Wooden mold: After confirming the product size, the mold master uses a wooden mold to make, modify, and confirm.
(2). Gypsum molds can only produce one or two products.
(3).Fiberglass molds can be directly covered and made on wooden molds. The fiberglass mold can be preserved, with a service life of approximately 80-120 products, depending on the actual product shape.
2. First, using a brush to apply the gel coat to the surface of the mold, and then half dry it before laying a fiber cloth; Brushing the resin and making it to penetrate, layer by layer, and reaching the required thickness.

4. Making fiberglass molds: After polishing and repairing fiberglass products made from gypsum molds, they are replicated and produced in batches.
5. Painting and Painting:
(1).First, polishing with 180 x sandpaper, and polishing the surface by demolding wax. Filling the pores and the ground mold lines with atomic ash.
(2).Polishing with 220 x sandpaper, spraying the first layer of primer, and selecting the defect area to fill with atomic dust.
(3).Polishing with 360 x sandpaper, spraying the second layer of primer and then repairing with fine red ash.
(4).Polishing with 800 x sandpaper, spraying car paint and waiting for it to dry thoroughly.
(5).After the surface layer is dry, the production supervisor should check.
